A.1 . Age, Educational Qualifications & Post Qualification Work Experience (As on 30.09.2015):



Age

Not exceeding 62 years as on the date of advertisement

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor Degree inLaw (LLB)(from a University /Institution/ Boardrecognised by Govt. Of
India/ approved byGovt. RegulatoryBodies)and enrolledas an advocate with BarCouncil

Post Qualification Minimum Work Experience

Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council andminimum 10 years experience of practice atBar or Judicial service or having experience ofworking with reputed solicitor firm and/or 10years as a Law Officer in the Legal Dept. of aScheduled Commercial Bank or theCentral/State Government or of a Public Sector
Undertaking and held the Position not belowthe rank of AGM. The candidate shouldproduce a certificate of having the requisitepost qualification work experience from theCourt/ Bar council/ organisation.

A.2 Working knowledge in computer is preferable.
A.3 His/ her integrity should not have been doubtful during his/her service.
A.4 No punishment/penalty should have been inflicted on him/her during his/her service.
A.5 Cases of CBI or other law enforcement agencies should not be pending against him/her.
